The following is the Terms of Service and Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) between King & Creed on behalf of itself and its affiliates, (“KingandCreed.com”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) and “you”, the member.

King & Creed is a personal development and educational membership .
All King & Creed members must be 18 or older and have a valid debit/credit card. If you are under 18, you are not eligible for a membership.
If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (including name, telephone number, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number and its expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fulfill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. While making a purchase from KingandCreed.com, you are given the option to create a username and password. This user name and password functionality offers our customers the ability to quickly and easily proceed through the checkout process on repeat visits. We do not store your credit card information as part of this optional service. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
KingandCreed.com gathers navigational information about where our visitors go on our website and information about the technical efficiencies of our website and services. This information allows us to see which areas of KingandCreed.com are most visited and helps us to better understand our Guests’ experience at KingandCreed.com. In the process of gathering navigational information, non-personally identifiable information (i.e. browser version, service provider and IP address) may be collected which will provide information regarding a visitor’s use of our web site (such as the time of a visitor’s last visit to a page on our web site).
If you opt into our email list the information you provide (for example, name, email address, country, gender) will be added to a database. KingandCreed.com may use that information for our own internal marketing purposes. You may opt out of this list at any time, by logging into your account or clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any promotional email.
